Privacy policy

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, state or province, the kind of business you’re starting, and anything you write in a form or email.
• When you buy: your order details and billing info. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you visit: basic device and usage info (pages viewed, browser, rough location from your IP address) through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel.

How we use it

• To send you what you asked for, like the free guide, the workbook or your order.
• To send tips and offers, only if you ticked the box to get them. If you buy from us, we may also email you about your order and closely related products. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time with the link at the bottom.
• To run and improve the site, and to measure and show our ads (for example on Facebook and Instagram) to people who may be interested.
• To answer your questions, prevent fraud and follow the law.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business: our marketing and email platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our payment processor, our website host (Vercel) and advertising platforms such as Meta. They may store data in Canada, the United States or other countries, where local laws may let authorities access it. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies and the Meta pixel to understand which ads work and to show ads to people who visited our pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and change your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re on our list or have an account with us, and as long as we need it for taxes, accounting and legal reasons. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live (for example under Canadian privacy law or US state laws like California’s), you may have more rights. Email diacre@email.diacreb.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local privacy regulator.

Children

Our products are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
