Policies

Terms and conditions

Last updated October 1, 2026.

These terms apply when you use this site, shop.diacreb.com, our free guide and workbook, or buy anything from Diacre Bayishime (“we”, “us”). By using them or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

We sell digital products, like the First-Job Launch Kit, the Launch Kit Bonus Pack and 500 Boring Business Ideas. Each product page lists what’s included. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any sales tax is shown before you pay. You get a download link by email right after you pay.

Refunds

Because digital products are delivered right away, all sales are final, except where the law requires a refund. See our refund policy. If a link doesn’t work or something is missing, email diacre@email.diacreb.com and we’ll fix it.

Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the materials for your own business. You can change the templates and scripts and use them with your customers. You can’t resell, share, give away or post the files or the prompts as your own product.

No guarantees

Our materials are for learning. They are not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. We don’t promise any income, customers or results. Those depend on your market, your work and many things we don’t control. Business rules, licences and taxes differ by province, state and city, so check your own local rules or talk to a professional.

AI tools

Some materials include prompts for AI tools like ChatGPT. AI can make mistakes. Check anything it writes before you use it, and don’t paste private customer information into it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid us for the product in question. We aren’t responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits.

Emails

We send marketing emails only if you agree to get them, and you can unsubscribe any time. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
