Refund policy

Digital products

The First-Job Launch Kit, the Launch Kit Bonus Pack and other downloadable products are delivered instantly after payment. Because they can’t be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund.

Workshops and cohorts

Registrations for live workshops and cohorts, including First Paid Job in 30 Days, are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. Sessions are recorded so you can catch up if you miss one. If we cancel a session or cohort, we will reschedule it or refund you for what we did not deliver.

Before you buy

Every product page lists exactly what’s included. If you’re not sure something fits your business, book a free call or email us first.

Problems with your order

If a download link doesn’t work, you were charged twice, or something is missing from your order, email diacre@email.diacreb.com and we’ll fix it.
